Chairman of the committee, Andy Formon, explained: “Thankfully, we’ve been extremely successful in our efforts to attract new faces to the committee. We have a really strong committee made up of people with a diverse set of skills, who each bring something different to the table.

“Plans for this year’s show are already at an advanced stage, but what we really need are volunteers who would be willing to give up a few hours of their time on the day of the show, or in the days leading up to it, to help us get everything set up and ready. We’d love to hear from groups and organisations that would like to get involved, as well as individual residents of all ages. Even if you can only spare an hour or two, it will be a huge help to us, so please get in touch.”
